We delivery anywhere in Seminole, Orange, Lake, Osceola, or Volusia Counties in Central Florida

In most cases, when set-up services were not requested, delivery of your linen is scheduled the day before your event. In certain circumstances, however, we must deliver the same day as the event. These circumstances could include lack of access to a facility, facility event schedule conflicts, lack of availability of a person to accept the delivery, and/or conflicts in timing due to previous commitments. It is important that we know the beginning time for your event. With this information, we will be glad to contact your venue to ensure a delivery window is established. We will advise you prior to delivery if we encounter any problems with your venue. Delivery charges include delivery and pick-up inclusively. Payment Methods

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Cards, Cash, Business and Personal Check. (See Below)

New Commercial/Professional accounts are initially COD. After no less than four (4) rentals within a six (6) month period, with no payment issues ocurring, a Net 10 day account is available with approved credit. After established and with timely payments made over six consecutive months, terms may be extended at company discretion. Company checks are welcome with proper ID and the submission of our credit application form. At any time a payment issue arrises, terms can be suspended and a valid credit card held on file may be required.

Personal checks are welcome with two forms of ID, and as with all non-commercial orders, a valid credit card number must be provided as a security/damage deposit. If payment by personal check is preferred, payment must be made no less than 7 working days prior your scheduled delivery date. If time does not allow for this, or a valid credit card is not provided, personal checks cannot be accepted.

Sales tax is added to each order, applicable to the county in which delivery is made. A valid, signed Annual Resale Certificate is required to have sales tax omitted. Once charged, there will be no credits for sales tax. Advise your representative if your are tax exempt, then fax, or have available at the time of delivery, your certificate prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user are used solely for the purpose of completing an order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. We never sell or make available any information about our customers, their events, or financial information.
